Twitter Now allow you to send a direct Message to your Phone
Twitter has launch a new feature which allow anyone to send a direct message to anyone instead of using the normal old way of tweeting. The new Optional Setting and feature in twitter which allow direct messaging is turn off at default, the reason for these is to prevent harassment, you can easily switch the setting on by login to your twitter account>>>go to setting >>> use the image below to set it on
Note hat you can still message whenever anyone have followed you. The feature is gradually taking over on iphone and android device, though it is still not available on ipad. This direct instant massaging is not a new thing, it was first tested and confirm around October 2013.
It is massive move by twitter Inc to compete with other instant messaging apps like whatsapp and facebook.
according to twitter, this instant messaging feature is said to roll out world wide today.
