Purchasing or buying a
computer is one of the greatest steps any person can take. Buying a computer
system especially a Desktop Computer
comes with its own challenges. I am going to briefly guide you on what to
consider before buying a Desktop computer so that you won’t make any mistake on
buying a wrong computer.
1.What
will you use the computer to Do?
This is going to be first thing you must ask and
consider before you buy any computer whether Desktop or laptop. You need to ask yourself why I am buying this
computer. Is theses computer going to be use running for Graphic Designing? Multimedia
Editing?, Drawing Program? or just a General
Computer program?. You need to know what you will be using the computer to
do before you go in for purchasing any computer because it is from the use of
the computer that you can determine the nature or kind of computer you will
buy. Take for instance, if you are into Graphic
Designing who wish or want to buy a computer, you should consider
purchasing a computer with high configuration.
2.What
is the Configuration Test of My computer?
Another good point and
what you should consider before buying a computer is for you to know the
configuration test of the system you want to buy. What will be the RAM Size, Processors Speed, Hard Disk
Space, DVD-RW, Sound etc. You need
to put all these into consideration before you buy a computer system.
3.What
is the Manufacturer of the Computer?
You equally need to
know the maker of the computer you will settle for such as HP, Access, Dell,
Leveno,Compaq etc. Understanding the manufacturer of the system you want to
buy matters a lot in terms of originality of the computer. You need to come up
with a good decision of the manufacturer of the computer you will buy from.
Normally for me, I preferred to go for HP
do the long history record of a good brand they sell on the market.
4.The
Money You have at Hand
I know these number may
sound some how irrelevant to you but I think it is very very important that you
consider how much you have at had before you set up to buy a new Desktop computer.
We have two group of a computer you can buy either fairly used Computer or a Brand
New one and each of them have different price range so it depends on the
one that you settle for. You need to know the amount you have at hand before
you go to purchase a computer.
5.Warranty
From the Seller
You need to equally
know the warranty of the computer you are buying from the seller. Normally any
good computer dealer and seller give his or her customer some month of
warranty like may be 6 month warranty or 1 year warranty. You need to put
these into consideration so that if any anything happens to the computer in the
future, you should return it to the seller for repair or change.
